There is a ground floor toilet just off the small utility in the kitchen.
The house is situated the heart of Maharees between two beaches - to the right of the house you are just a 2 minutes walk from "Clocha Dubha" a beautiful sandy beach which is situated on the famous Brandon Bay where there is a stretch of 7 miles of beach from Fahamore - Fermoyle. To the left of the house you are again just a 5 minute walk down a track to "Scairt" beach which is located on the Tralee Bay.
This house is ideal for all holidaymakers, it is both a perfect base to explore Maharees, Castlegregory and the vast Dingle Peninsula. It is most peaceful setting to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean at the doorstep and the sweeping panoramic mountain views which the area has to offer.
